Nomophobia is a recently coined out fear to describe the fear of being without a phone.
A lot of have fear of losing their phone, their battery being exhausted which leads to increased anxiety and depression, a lower sense of overall well-being, decreased grades. It occurs more frequently in teenagers and young adults
